Our story
A family story, from father to son
The Bistrot Thaï is a family restaurant in the heart of Old Lille. Today, Bruce runs the house: he splits his time between the dining room and the kitchen, with his waiter, his cook and the whole team. His father, Chef Kim, still keeps an eye on everything and watches over the recipes he handed down.
Cooked in the wok, to order, with produce chosen every day.
With more than 50 years of experience, Chef Kim passed on his great Thai classics and Cambodian specialities: Pad Thai, coconut-milk curries, Beef Loc Lac with tiger sauce, Bo Bun, lemongrass soup. Everything is homemade.
